This Privacy Policy explains how Zoom Photography Studios Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use SideKick LB software ("the Software"). By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 License Information

When you activate a license, we collect only:

  • Your GoHighLevel Location ID (used as your license identifier)
  • License activation status and expiry date

2.2 Payment Processing

We have no access to your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

SideKick LB stores no personal data. The Software operates entirely locally on your computer. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit:

  • Your name, address, or personal details
  • Your client data, contact information, or booking details
  • Payment card numbers, bank details, or financial information
  • GoHighLevel API credentials or access tokens
  • Light Blue data or exports
  • Any data you enter into the Software

2.4 Local Data Storage

The Software stores only configuration settings locally on your computer in an INI file. No personal data is stored. This configuration data never leaves your machine.

3. Third-Party Services

The Software integrates with the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy:

  • LemonSqueezy: Handles all subscription billing and payment processing.
  • GoHighLevel: CRM data is accessed via your own API credentials and processed locally on your computer
  • Light Blue: Studio management data is read locally — we never access your Light Blue account

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

3.1 Your Compliance Responsibilities

When using SideKick LB, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with GoHighLevel Terms of Service
  • Complying with Light Blue Terms of Service
  • Ensuring your data handling complies with GDPR and applicable laws

3.2 Disclaimer of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: SideKick LB is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zoom Photography Studios Ltd and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or reliability of results, quiet enjoyment, and title.

Third-Party Services: The license or agreement for GoHighLevel, Light Blue, and other third-party services is between YOU and the service provider. Zoom Photography Ltd is NOT acting as an agent for any third-party service provider and is NOT a party to the license between you and any third-party service provider.

Limitation of Liability: You expressly understand and agree that Zoom Photography Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
  • The use or inability to use the Software
  • GoHighLevel or Light Blue service availability, errors, or outages
  • Data synchronization errors between systems
  • Changes to third-party APIs, pricing, or terms of service
  • Any amounts exceeding the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoom Photography Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of third-party terms of service.

You use all third-party integrations entirely at your own risk. See our Terms of Service and EULA for full details.

4. Data Security

Your API credentials and tokens are stored locally on your computer in an encrypted or obfuscated format. We do not have access to your credentials.

5. Data Retention

We retain license activation records for the duration of your subscription plus any legally required period. Uninstalling the Software removes all locally stored data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request information about what data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your license records
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
